Snow person Stamp cards

These snow people cards are from Great Impressions. It is a class I took at
"Just Scrappin" in Port Charlotte, Fl. The fellowship of the ladies who come makes my day. This collection is part of a stamp of the month class offered at Just Scrappin. There are so many classes offered, check out the link on the right side bar. It will take you right to the store, if you live or are visiting the area and want to see when you can get in some fun too. There is a new collection of cards in each set. You get a free stamp with the cost of the class, all the paper and embellies, and an additional 10% for any additional items purchased. Kerrabeth is the wonderful instructor for the stamp of the month group. Anyone who has taken her class has a great time with her and her wonderful husband Carl. He is the kind of guy who helps out with everything you can dream up. He even walks the store owners dog "Little Bits". We are able to take our time if we choose or like me I usually have to leave there by 2:30 so I start the basics there and finish once I get home because I need to make it back to meet my son off the school bus.

Restaurant Coasters " Baby Boy Album" I taught my neighbor Susan how to make them

I love it when my neighbor Susan comes to play. I showed Susan my Halloween coaster book and she instantly loved the concept. On Friday she went hunting to some of our local restaurants for some coasters. We were able to get together Thursday to put it together in the morning then we had lunch at Panera Bread. On Friday morning I took cubs to schools then was out at another one of my friends, Sharon's home taking a lesson of how to manuver the DS. When I came home from my lesson I found a sack with coasters and little bows from Susan on my front door as a(Thank you) for showing her how to make the books. We had a blast. She showed her husband this book and he had asked her if she'd been to a "Baby Boutique", because of the attention to detail. He was quite impressed and asked her to make another one, so she's making a girl one tonight. I'll post pics another night.

Wow! More cartridges to be released this upcoming holiday season When are they coming to this area?

************************************** *I hope to see some of these in my collection, how about you! Provo Craft has done an amazing job to bring us Cricuteers great new items.

I had wanted to learn how to make the tri fold shutter cards for some time now after seeing them at my Local Scrapbook Shop, Treasured Memories, I took a little class how to! ( Thanks Mitzi for showing me this great card) I went home with the thought to sit and make more ( like 18 more) then got busy with the cubs it was after school pickup time and dinner, etc. Then my blog friend Mary posted her card up (A halloween one) and I said I need to make some to my DH. Here is the card I made, Mary at cardztv has made a great video with great directions to make them, Thanks Mary and Mitzi so much for the lessons!

Who said playing with paper dolls is just for kids?
You'll want this one for sure! I really think you're
going to have a load of fun with this cartridge.
There's a basic body shape and lots of different
clothes, facial expressions, hair styles, a few
different pets, transportation mode icons, etc.
* Images include:truck, dog, cat,

road (with a dotted line stripe in the middle),
tea pots, sand pail (or bucket), bear, monkey,
basketball, strip of lawn, caboose,
aliens, a fire hydrant, telescope, ice skates
swimmer flippers (for those who scuba)
doctor's medical bag, shovel,
trowel (garden tools)
boom box, a (baby buggy), bunny, elephant,
motorcycle, butterfly net (catching insects),
silhouettes of some band instruments
Like a (drum, guitar, music stand)
assortment of different hats,
golf putting green with flag, a golf bag
with clubs, barn, kangaroo, wheel barrow,
a trike...and lots more.
***********************************
The Woodlands cartridge is
packed with a varietyof wonderful images.
It's ok to mix and match with Christmas
Cheer or Joys of the Season. A great
companion to make some great
layouts or holiday cards.
**********************************
And for that great baker or chef in
the family, Then From My Kitchen cartridge
is for you . It mixes well with both of the
Paperdolls cartridges.

I think the Sweathearts cartridge is perfect for
someone planning a wedding or catching up on
memories from yesteryear. It is definately
one I'd swap with a friend for something
they might not have in their collection.

About the Fabulous Cricut Cheat Sheets & where to get them

Hey fellow Cricuteers, I want to invite you to visit and join a few other Cricut and card maker blog sites, they are listed throughout my blog. These wonderful ladies have up to date Cricut information on these links listed below: One really hot blog site is from Linda Scott she's from Georgia, she has a ton of information about all the new happenings about the Provo Craft Merchandise and also the must have Cartridge sheets everyone could use. I give full credit to Mrs. Linda Scott for creating all of the wonderful and easy to follow, yet very original Cricut Cartridges Cheat Sheet lists. She has put so much work into these Cricut cheat sheets. I can only share the word about them to you, she has asked that they are not to be reproduced for distribution from one person to another, but you may download for yourself after you join the yahoo group. Please note she makes this clear in the yahoo groups posting.
